Reese fields are closed to practice but open to PDO and makeup games. All other fields are open.
U10 coaches, I again apologize. The closure of Reese is unavoidable and necessary. I am sure you have seen how water logged the fields are. There was someone there today to confirm how much play the field could take. This late in the season I would allow practice if it was a matter of field preservation but the state of the turf will be come hazardous if a full day of practices are allowed. I am working with Dave Shanks to fix the problem. A quick look at the practice schedule does not show many opens on other fields to practice.
This situation has been unfair to the u10 age group and I will make every effort to avoid it next season.
