HELP NEEDED!
Please get the word out that we need kid volunteers to help with PA West coaching clinics this Sunday. See below for the schedule. Kid activities will be outdoors, so dress for the weather; looks like they will need sunscreen. The kids can join for lunch if that helps. Parents, please contact me if your child is planning to help so I can have the right numbers.

Hi Jim,
The U10/U12 course will be combined with the U6/U8 course. The course on 3/24 is now going to be merged with the one on 3/25. This way we have a total registered to date of 16 candidates.
Pete DeFilippi will be the instructor and he has done a combined course before. The course schedule for 3/25 will be as follows:
9:00 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Indoor Classroom
11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Gym with Coaches Only
12:30 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. Lunch
1:00 p.m. – 1:45 p.m. Activities with U6 Children (need about 6 U6 children)
1:45 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Activities with U8 Children (need about 8 U8 children)
2:30 p.m. – 3:15 p.m. Activities with U10 Children (need about 10 U10 children)
I will contact the coaches registered for the class on 3/24 and let them know to show up on 3/25. Can you be sure to cancel the facilities on 3/24? Thank you and let me know if you have additional questions.
