AFI is having a Speed, Agility & Endurance training every Tuesday at our studio in Bethel (2830 Southpark Rd, Bethel Park, Pa 15102) at 5:30 & 6:30p. We maybe adding Thursday after Christmas. You can drop in at the cost of $25 per athlete per session. If you bring a group of 6 to 12 athletes, your cost would be $15 per athlete per session.
