Welcome to another season of fall soccer.
First, I would like to thank Dave Vaughn for his many years as the "Field Guy" and wish him well in his semi soccer retirement.
The grass fields are used half as much now that we have the turf. In most cases the fields will remain open unless we have extreme weather.
TODAY - this evening there is a 40% chance of scattered thunder and lightning. If you witness thunder or lightning, please leave the fields and seek safe shelter. You can resume field activities 30 minutes after the thunder and lightning has ended.
FIELD LINING - all fields have been lined. If you see a field that is about to "lose it's lines," please contact me at winedogs@verizon.net.
